		<description>I like your idea of including health care cost in the stimulus plan and it would certainly be a boon to employers and the American people alike.  How to pay for it?  I say that repealing the tax cuts for the wealthiest 10% would go a long way.  The next step is to eliminate all corporate welfare for oil companies.  They have plenty of money to search for oil on their own!  Thirdly, change the tax rules on corporate earnings to be a graduated scale based on what percentage of their workforce is overseas (including subcontracting).  If companies have to pay higher taxes for overseas operations maybe they will have more incentive to hire more Americans.</description>
